We have no access to your Bitget account or funds. fxprofessor.trade offers free access to platform tools for users who register on Bitget through our broker referral link. Premium features, if offered, will have pricing and billing cycles clearly communicated on the platform. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to proprietary data and tools, refunds are provided only at our discretion within 48 hours of initial purchase. No refunds are available after the 48-hour window. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.
Trading fees, deposit fees, withdrawal fees, and any other charges on Bitget are determined and collected by Bitget, not by fxprofessor.trade. We have no control over Bitget's fee structure. Please review Bitget's fee schedule independently.
fxprofessor.trade aggregates data from multiple sources including Bitget exchange APIs, Binance exchange APIs, Hyperliquid decentralised exchange, public blockchain data, and other cryptocurrency data providers. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed.
Your use of fxprofessor.trade is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. We do NOT access, store, or control your Bitget account credentials, trading data, or funds. Any data shared with Bitget is governed by Bitget's own Privacy Policy.
fxprofessor.trade integrates with third-party services including Bitget (exchange), Stripe (payments), and various data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or regulatory compliance of any third-party service. Disruptions, outages, or failures of third-party services are beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, fxprofessor.trade AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: any trading losses, investment losses, or liquidations on your Bitget account; lost profits, opportunity costs, or consequential damages; data errors, delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions; actions, omissions, or failures of Bitget Exchange; unauthorised access to your accounts; any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. YOUR MAXIMUM RECOVERY from fxprofessor.trade for any reason is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding your claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fxprofessor.trade from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use or misuse of the Service; your trading decisions and their outcomes on Bitget or any exchange; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; any content you submit, share, or stream; and any tax obligations arising from your trading activities.
fxprofessor.trade is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
We make no representations or warranties about your ability to earn profits, the effectiveness of any tools or indicators, the accuracy of any analysis, or future market movements. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where prohibited by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights without first engaging in arbitration.

We are not a regulated financial institution, investment firm, or fund manager. We do not hold any financial services licence in any jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions that require specific regulatory authorisation for broker services should verify compliance independently. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of fxprofessor.trade and Bitget complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
